Cancellation and refunds

This page shows how to cancel and how much comes back on each plan. These rules do not reduce any right you have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law: if the law gives you more, you get what the law gives.

Monthly plan

There is no commitment, and you can cancel at any time. The plan ends within 3 business days of your cancellation notice, or 6 business days if you send it by registered mail, unless you asked for a later date, such as the end of the paid month.

From the end date we do not charge you again, and money you paid in advance for the days after it comes back proportionally.

In the first 14 days from the day of purchase or from receiving the deal's details in writing, whichever is later, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, is also deducted.

3-month deals

The deal runs for 3 months from the day of purchase and ends by itself: it continues only if you agree. You can cancel it at any stage.

Before we start

If no part of the coaching was used, the full amount comes back.

In the first 14 days

Even if coaching has started, you can cancel up to 14 days from the day of purchase or from receiving the deal's details in writing, whichever is later. The money comes back less a proportional part for the days coaching was given, and a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

After the first 14 days

Each month that has started counts as used, and is deducted at the regular monthly price, not the deal price. This is what comes back:

• Madnek Classic (₪1,860): in the first month ₪1,170, in the second month ₪480, in the third month no refund.
• Madnek VIP (₪4,830): in the first month ₪3,040, in the second month ₪1,250, in the third month no refund.

5-session pack (₪1,125)

The pack is valid for two months from the day of purchase, and you can cancel it at any stage until then. Each session used is deducted at the regular price (₪250), and the rest comes back to you:

• No session used: ₪1,125
• One session used: ₪875
• 2 sessions used: ₪625
• 3 sessions used: ₪375
• 4 sessions used: ₪125

In the first 14 days from the day of purchase or from receiving the deal's details in writing, whichever is later, the law gives more if 3 or 4 sessions were used: ₪394 and ₪169.

A session not used by the end of the two months expires, and no money comes back for it.

One-time services

Madnek for a Day, Madnek Macro and Madnek Solo: you can cancel within 14 days of the purchase or of receiving the deal's details in writing, whichever is later, as long as at least two days that are not rest days remain before the session or before the program is delivered. The money comes back less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price.

More rights under the law

• People aged 65 or over, people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years from the immigrant certificate): if the deal included a conversation with us, WhatsApp included, you can cancel within 4 months of the deal or of receiving its details in writing, whichever is later, and for a one-time service up to two days that are not rest days before it. We will ask for one document showing you qualify, and no more.
• In that case what you used is deducted at the deal price, not the regular price, by days or by sessions (₪225 a session), with a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower. If the regular calculation on this page gives more, you get the higher amount. For example, cancelling Madnek Classic on day 45 returns ₪837.
• Cancelling because of a fault in the service, a mismatch with the details you were given, a delay or another breach on our side: no cancellation fee is charged.

By email to madnek@protonmail.com, by phone at +972 54-629-4429, by registered mail or at the business (Elashvili Avishai St., Lod, Israel). Give your name and ID number, and it helps to say which deal you are cancelling.

The money comes back within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and we will send you a copy of the charge cancellation.
